Complexe Scolaire Bilingue Emmaüs (COSBIE), located in Simbock-Mendong, Yaoundé (PO Box 1553), takes the protection of the information you entrust to us very seriously. This page explains what data we collect on this website, why, and how we use it.

- Pre-registration form : information about the parent or guardian (name, phone, email) and the pupil (name, date of birth, preferred level and class, sub-system, previous school).
- Newsletter : your email address, if you subscribe.
- Cookies : technical cookies required for the website to work and, only with your consent, audience measurement cookies.
2. How we use your data
This information is used only to answer your requests, process pre-registrations, contact you about your child’s schooling and, if you have agreed, send you school news. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.
3. Retention period
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Pre-registration data is kept during the admission process, then added to the pupil’s file if enrolled or deleted otherwise. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in each email.
4. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete information about you by writing to secretariat.cosbie@gmail.com or by contacting the school office.
5. Cookies
